What types of rooms are available?
We offer three room types: the Private Studio (your own bedroom and bathroom), the Split Bath Room (your own bedroom, shared bathroom), and the Twin Room (shared bedroom and bathroom) — to suit different preferences and budgets.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Yes, all utilities (water, electricity, gas) and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit is required upon signing the lease, which is refundable at the end of your stay, minus any deductions for damages.
How do I apply for a room?
You can apply by filling out the application form on our booking page or by contacting our leasing team directly.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our residences to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
